Preorder Information

Welcome to the Wolf Hunter Collection, an original fan-inspired collection created with love for our little wolf.

Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

✦ This is a PREORDER

All products in this listing are preorder items.

The Ita Bag sample is currently in production, meaning the final product may include small adjustments or refinements before bulk production begins. These changes will only be made to improve the quality, functionality, or manufacturing process while keeping the overall design faithful to what has been shown.

✦ Preorder Period

Preorders will remain open for 3 weeks, from July 27th - August 17th. (July 25th - August 17th for those who filled the interest check)

These are special preorder prices as a thank-you for supporting the project early.

For example:

  • Preorder Price: $82 USD
  • Estimated Retail Price: $95 USD

Other items may also increase in price after the preorder period.

✦ Limited Production

The Wolf Hunter Ita Bag is a limited production item.

Once the preorder closes, no additional bags will be added to this production batch. Any remaining stock will be sold later at retail price.

✦ Production Timeline

Once the preorder period ends:

1. Final quantities will be confirmed. (August 18th for shop orders, August 18th - August 23rd for Group Orders)
2. Production will begin with the manufacturer. (August 26th)
3. Manufacturing is estimated to take approximately 3 months. (Keep in mind delays in production could happen, we will try to order early batches to speed up production and avoid delays.)

After all products arrive and pass quality inspection, fulfillment will be made through December 2026 to February/March 2027

✦ Shipping & Fulfillment

We are a small team of two people (me, Athena the designer and my helper in USA who manages fulfillment!), we are carefully checking, packing, and shipping every order ourselves.

Because of this, fulfillment is estimated to take 3–4 months after the products arrive from the manufacturer. Could be less, but that's the time window expected.

Our goal is to ensure every order is carefully inspected before shipping.

Thank you for your patience and for supporting a small independent creator.

✦ Shipping Costs

Shipping is NOT included in the preorder price.

Once all products arrive and your order is ready to ship, you will receive a custom shipping listing based on your destination and package size.

This allows us to charge the exact shipping cost instead of estimating it months in advance.
