Refunds and Returns:

 

Refunds:

- Refunds will be made under certain circumstances:

  1. Lost package: if by any chance, your package was lost in transit, you will get full refund except for shipping costs. 
  2. Returned packages: Mail service is unable to deliver (can be because of unpaid VAT, more than 3 failed attempts at delivery, etc) in which case we will issue a refund minus the shipping fees.
  3. Your order is wrong, meaning the products were not the ones you purchased. In this case you will receive a full refund and are not obligated to return the products.

If you wish to change your order after shipping you will have to cover shipping costs for both orders and deliver the products that were already sent. If there's a price difference between your new and your previous order, it must be covered as well.

 

For returns:

  1. Only available for changing products.
  2. Client is obligated to cover shipping costs and must make sure to package it securely and properly. If the items are damaged due to poor packaging, it will impact the refund percentage.
