Where are the packages shipped from?

I'm from Chile, so all packages are delivered from here :)

 

Is international shipping available?

Yes! I ship to all available countries. If you have any doubts contact your post office and check if you can get packages from Chile before making a purchase. But I do ship to most countries.

After some time investigating several courier services, I opted for a flat rate of $15 for international shipping, and free shipping for orders above $100 :)

 

Do you offer tracking numbers?

All packages come with tracking numbers, this is to ensure both you and I can check the shipping state. 

 

What are preorders?

Preorders are products that are not yet available in stock.

 

What this basically means is that you pay before production begins, Usually preorder periods last for 2-3 weeks, then once all preorders are paid, I send the total order to the manufacturer, and once I get the items they are to be delivered to you.

 

How long does a preorder take?

Usually, from start to finish, it should take around 2-3 months, considering preorder period, manufacture times, shipping and final delivery. It can last longer than that, as sometimes custom delivery services take longer, depends on your country.

 

Can I modify my order?

If your order hasn't been shipped, you can change it with no additional charges.

If your order has already been shipped, you will have to return the product you wish to change and cover shipping fees, as well as any price difference between your old and new product.

 

I want to change my shipping address, but I already ordered, what can I do?

Send me a DM! or an email, whatever you choose. As long as you write down your name and order number, I can modify your shipping info.

But!! If the order has been shipped already, I can't change it :(

 

Información de envíos y pagos para Chile:

 

Los envíos dentro de Chile se pagan junto a los productos, la tarifa de envío para Chile es de $5000 independiente del lugar donde vaya. Si el pedido supera los $40.000 clp sería apto para envío gratis.

 

Pago con transferencia: 

Si no cuentas con Paypal o tarjeta, ponte en contacto conmigo especificando tu pedido y veré que posibilidades habría de depósito!
